Summer <3

And a lot of work to do :P

My friends went to Thailand some time ago and they brought me 3 m of this beautiful, green thaisilk! jei! I'm going to make a dress for my graduation next year. :)

Midsummer was okay, me and my husband-2-be spent some time together and then I had to work :P in a few hours I have to go to work again! :D

As you can guess, I really haven't got much time to do any crafts. So.. Nothing else to say this time. :)

Coffee bag hysteria

One of my co-workers asked me to make her a coffee bag too... :D

This yarn is amazing! I love it :)

And one skein ended up into a pair of socks and a Foliage -based hat :) It was amazing that in the end i had about 15 cm left of the yarn!

Long time no see :P

Hi everybody!

I've been working hard almost every day during my 1,5 week long summer vacation, so I really haven't got anything to show here...

BUT. At work, my co-workers and I have been saving all the coffee packages, and the result is...

Tadah!





It took12 packages to make this, and a lot of nerves... My sewing machine didn't want to co-operate. :P But with the help of tape I finally managed to make my coffeebag usable and cool. :D

And WOW! Guess what! I actually WON in a lottery! This came to me from Novita: Love it! 7 Veljestä Polkka, with a delicious colour! This yarn clearly wants to become a pair of socks. :)

I haven't been blogging a lot because of my summer job. I have done lots of stuff during my holiday/work, mainly planning new works :D No FOs though, sorry. :P

SUMMER!

Yeaaaah! So finally our summer holiday has begun! :D Though, tomorrow I have to go to work.. But it's okay. It's good to have some money (for yarn, maybe..?)

I have sewn quite a lot. I made a pretty skirt, and now I'm sewing a nice shirt. :)

Baby blanket

I though that I had told about this baby blanket in my blog, but I guess I didn't. :P

So, this is one of my favourite projects now :) To our future baby (in few years maybe)




So cute! I've already done 5/20 pieces. :)

By the way, I have my English test tomorrow, and I'm a little nervous because I've been knitting and crocheting all the time.. So I'm not very well prepared :D

Kool it!

Now I am one of them. One of them, who use Kool Aid to.. well, kool their yarn. Yum! I ordered only 3 colours, Orange, Lemon-Lime and Strawberry. Gosh, I can't wait! I even have some yarn ready to be kooled. They've been wating for it since I bought them.. And FINALLY!

I actually meant to dye my yarn "naturally" using flowers, leaves etc. But, this looks like a LOT easier (and faster) I'm so excited! :D

Oh no

Guess what, this is sad. I lost my counter when I changed the template, so I have to start all over again! :P Well...

Yeah!

So, it was all about the template. Phew! It's good now, isn't it? :)
